When the bill comes at a restaurant, do you have a hidden talent for figuring out how much people owe, INCLUDING tax and tip? Are you good at managing how much you can spend on entertainment after all your bills have been paid? If so, you might be a great fit for ICDC College’s Associate Degree in Business Management and Accounting!

This online program, which can be completed in less than two years, trains students to manage financial accounts and staff, run a business, and handle all the practical accounting functions that are required by financial departments across a variety of industries.

Students should be good with numbers, though they don’t have to be a math whiz! Business Management and Accounting students will learn the software used in virtually every real-world accounting role, including programs like QuickBooks®, Sage Peachtree™, and TurboTax®, a commonly used tax preparation program.

In the program, students will develop knowledge and skills through courses in Accounting Ethics and Corporate Law, Business Entrepreneurship, Business Marketing and Advertising, Cost Accounting, and Human Relations and Employment Law, among others.

Graduates will be prepared for a variety of entry level positions, which include:

  • Administrative Assistant/Secretary
